Mr. XI is now in charge of reviewing translations of patent applications, conducting patent infringement analysis and drafting responses to office actions issued by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and its foreign counterparts. He also conducted extensive patent infringement analysis to assist in the patent infringement litigations under the jurisdiction of USA and China, initiated general patent search for product-related industry, and specific patent search for focused products to design around competitors' patents.
