Work Experience
Ms. Jia has practiced in the field of Intellectual Property since 2014 and joined in Genuineways Inc. in 2016. In the course of her work, she mainly deals with patent agencies in domestic and foreign in the fields of molecular biology, chemistry, food and pharmacy, she is good at patent writing, translation and proofreading of patent application documents, translation and reply of office actions, patent reexamination and patent invalidation.
During her work, she has served domestic clients including many universities and research institutes such as China Agricultural University, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,Institute of Animal Sciences of CAAS, etc. In addition, foreign clients she has served include Gilead Sciences, Pepsi Co., Inc, Quaker Oat Company, MSD LTD, etc., therefore, she has accumulated a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in the entire patent application process from patent application to authorization in domestic and foreign applications.
