Cheng Dejun

Mr. Cheng, had serviced in CCPIT as Director of the Trademark Affair Division of Legal Department and Director-General of Legal Department, and Sectary-General of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, he was approved to receive the State Council special allowance.

Mr. Cheng has handled over 100 litigious and non-litigious cases involved in international trading, Chinese-foreign Equity Joint Ventures and Chinese-foreign Contractual Joint affairs, banking affairs and real estate affairs.

Mr. Cheng is a senior consultant of CIETAC and other International Commercial Arbitration Commission, he is also adjunct professor of the China University of Political Science and Law and the University of International Business & Economics and the University of Zhejiang.

Mr. Cheng has following main publications: 《New Development of International Trade Practices》, 《International Arbitration in PR China》(English version), and 《Arbitration of International Trade Tangles》etc.
